In these pandemic times, we are offering a mixture of online events, some for free and some as a sliding scale, as a way to stay connected to the pulse of life, to the power of the dance and the resilience of being in community.
If you can’t make the live events there is an archive (see below) where all recordings are stored so that you can participate in your own time. *All sliding scale events will be free to Study Hub members.
So what is 21 Gratitudes - The Movement Medicine Study Hub all about? Who is it for? What will it involve? How will it work? Will it be useful for me in these times of such fast change?
Having had the experience of running the hub for the past 6 months, we have learned so much and more passionate than ever about it’s use and value right now. We are offering this webinar to give a space for your questions and to share with you our intentions and to hear yours. RIGHT NOW is the time to MOVE. Without conscious movement practice that includes the heart, we can get so lost in the anxiety and overwhelm of the times. The Study Hub is designed to support you to make the most of whatever life brings and to support the power of creation itself that is inherent to being human.
Are you on the fence about purchasing a Movement Medicine Study Hub membership? Do you need to know more before making a commitment? Do you have an important question about how it works? This Q&A is here for you to ask all your burning questions and find out it's right for you!
If you're looking for ways to study, to discover yourself and support for your being and your dreams, then bring your questions and your wishes.
See you there.
