Movement Medicine Online Events

In these pandemic times, we are offering a mixture of online events, some for free and some as a sliding scale, as a way to stay connected to the pulse of life, to the power of the dance and the resilience of being in community.

Now that the 21 Gratitudes Study Hub has launched these 'open to all' events will continue on an occasional basis. If you can’t make the live events there is an archive (see below) where all recordings are stored so that you can participate in your own time. *All sliding scale events will be free to Study Hub members.

So what is 21 Gratitudes - The Movement Medicine Study Hub all about? Who is it for? What will it involve? How will it work? Will it be useful for me in these times of such fast change?

The hub has been up and running since April, offering a regular pulse of bite-size teachings, prayers and ceremonial events all designed to bring the life of the dance into the dance of your life. No previous experience is needed. We're opening the gates to new members for a short window July 21-23. This Q & A session is for you if:

  • you're on the fence about purchasing a Movement Medicine Study Hub membership
  • you need to know more before making a commitment
  • you have an important question about how it works
  • you already decided to go for it and have some burning questions about the next steps

We are offering this live event to answer your questions and to help bring you more clarity. Come along, we'd love to see you there!

If you can't join us live, the recording of this event will be available for you to enjoy thereafter.
