In these pandemic times, we are offering a mixture of online events, some for free and some as a sliding scale, as a way to stay connected to the pulse of life, to the power of the dance and the resilience of being in community.
If you can’t make the live events there is an archive (see below) where all recordings are stored so that you can participate in your own time. *All sliding scale events will be free to Study Hub members.
Sometimes we’ve just got to let it all go. And the best way we know how is to put on some good tunes and let that dancer in you take hold of your bones and shake you out til you’re empty. And yes – if you’ve got a body, whatever state it’s in, there‘s a dancer in there waiting for your permission to remind you who you are. Add a little breath, a sprinkle of concentration, and before you know it, you can disappear in the dance.
With so much unknown, and so much challenge arising from all sides, sometimes we’ve got to sweat in order to find a little peace.
In this one-hour FREE Movement Medicine session, Movement Medicine Founders, Susannah and Ya’Acov Darling Khan, will guide you on an embodied journey back to the core and resilience of who you are.
Participation in these webinars is fully at the risk and choice of participants. It is each person's responsibility to look after their physical, emotional and mental well being. Listen to your own body. If something hurts, pay attention and take care of yourself. All participants are asked to move at their own pace and to take care of themselves on all levels. Ya’Acov, Susannah, all people connected to 21 Gratitudes and to the School of Movement Medicine can take no responsibility for injury you sustain as a result of participating in these webinars.
