Movement Medicine Online Events

In these pandemic times, we are offering a mixture of online events, some for free and some as a sliding scale, as a way to stay connected to the pulse of life, to the power of the dance and the resilience of being in community.

Now that the 21 Gratitudes Study Hub has launched these 'open to all' events will continue on an occasional basis. If you can’t make the live events there is an archive (see below) where all recordings are stored so that you can participate in your own time. *All sliding scale events will be free to Study Hub members.

A MOVEMENT MEDICINE INITIATION

What’s all the fuss about embodiment and ecstatic dance? And how could dancing possibly help you? Surely dancing isn't something you should be wasting your time with when there are so many more important things in life to attend to.

Susannah Darling Khan has dedicated her life to initiating people into the knowledge, wisdom and healing that is inside us all. The method? Movement Medicine. Let Susannah guide you and give you a little taste for FREE of the liberation of not caring what anyone thinks, the being moved, the letting go, the potential for coming home to who we are that a little Movement Medicine can bring.

This class is for beginners and for those more experienced dancers who wish to support the beginner’s mind within their practice.
