the hub's structure & rhythm
Our intention with the Study Hub is a regular rhythm that you can depend upon. Every Monday we email you a “Monday Memo” – a short letter from us about what is happening that week.
You don't have to attend all the events, we encourage you to go at your own pace. We vary the times of the live events to accommodate people in different time zones. Don’t worry if you can’t make it at that moment in time, ALL hub sessions are recorded for you to work with in your own time.
Monthly Lessons:
1st Tuesday of the month-
A recorded video lesson to introduce the gateway and theme of practice for the month ahead (10-15min)
2nd Tuesday of the month-
A recorded embodied mini-practice to bring the monthly theme into the body (10-21min)
3rd Tuesday of the month-
A Movement Medicine Live Class called Refuge to dance deep to great music with simple guidance. This will be followed by an opportunity to share with your fellow hubbers in zoom break-out groups led by one of us (1hr total)
The remaining Tuesday(s) of each month provide time for digestion, for example repeating a class or lesson, or catching up with what you may have missed. Occasionally we drop in other specials on these Tuesdays, including Drum Prayers, Time with our Elders and Wild Pony Medicine.
Quarterly Hub Q & A Sessions: To support you in your practice and to offer a space for any questions you may have. (On a Tuesday)
Tribal Heart Ceremonies: These events mark the turning seasons 8x a year. Some of these, including the Samhain ceremony on 31st October, are for Hub members only. Others, such as the Winter Solstice Ceremony, will be open to friends and family. (These ceremonies typically happen on a Saturday 19:00-22:00 UK Time)
Enjoy the Journey!
